Great to be out running again. My first run in 266 days due to injury. It felt good with no pain, although I had trouble with my breathing and I felt heavier. Hopefully it will still feel good tomorrow.

So, I haven't run since last December due to Plantar faciitis affecting my right foot. Today I've entered my first event this year. Hopefully my foot has healed enough that I can start running again.

Wednesdays I'll be walking approximately 12 miles each way to work and back. This means leaving home at about 4am and getting home at around 7pm. The money I save on petrol I'll be giving to British-Ukrainian Aid.
