It's been one week since my PRP shot and no running. I feel like I'm getting out of shape. No pain in my hip though. We'll test that in another week. Looking forward to working with @RunCanvas to get me back on track and to see if I can reach my future goals. Happy Friday!
So, today I went and had a PRP injection into my hip. It cost me $400. I should know in 2 to 4 weeks if it's working or not. My fingers are crossed. No running for me for a week or two. I always worry about losing cardiovascular fitness when I'm not working out.

Re: the bear vs man question being posed to women I have long been asked if I’m afraid of crossing wild animals on the trails. My answer has always been that I would rather come across a bear, wild boar, mountain lion before a man. Bottom line: animal behavior is predicable.
