@DaraNasr hands down, the best person I've ever had the pleasure of working for. Wishing you all the best in the next move. Think of you every time I walk into a village hall and say "this is so village."

The use of fear to control is ubiquitous in our society. We see it in dog ownership ALL the time and now I'm a parent, it's here too. It's not the only way to motivate, in fact when you think about it, it's absolutely not the way to motivate or generate behaviour!
