@Scar_gin $2400 doesn’t even get you a shitty 2 bed apartment in South Florida. These real estate generalizations are getting old. The market in bum-fck middle of nowhere is completely different than the markets where people actually want to live.

@GVictoriaB Their prices are usually based on demand. That’s why rides usually cost $200+ on big holiday nights.

Distress / foreclosure requires 4 things 1. Long term unemployment 2. Bad loan terms (high payments) 3. Low/negative equity 4. Very slow market (can’t sell) We have #4 in much of the country now. None of the others are true in any scale. A few folks who bought recently with low down payments will get in trouble when unemployment happens. But for the vast majority of the country the loan terms and equity are so good that even when 1&4 happen they’ll fight to keep the house.

@brent_shavnore @Polymarket I agree 100%. I’m born and raised in SE Florida it definitely seems a lot louder and more frequent recently.

@carlabitcoin My wife and I do contact naps but also use swaddles for naps and bedtime. They definitely help. The Halo sleep sack and Love to Dream ones have been great to us

We stopped the world’s economy for a virus 99.9% of people survive and we printed $7 trillion in unbacked currency while we did it. This is how it is now. That toothpaste doesn’t go back in the tube. Sorry. Some of us tried to stop it.

Fahrenheit is based on human experience: 0° is fucking cold. 100° is fucking hot. Celsius is based on at sea level water: Water freezes at 0° and boils at 100° A. Celsius is flawed because water freezes and boils at different temperatures depending on altitude. B. When I ask what the temperature is, I’m asking for myself. I don’t give a fuck how water feels about the weather.

I am going to trigger some Americans but honest idc... Why in the world do Americans keep using Fahrenheit system for temperature. Legit asking. Celcius is straight forward and to the point. 0 Celcius and negatives is cold AF, anything over 35 Celcius is getting spicy, and 100

@carlabitcoin East coast of Florida is better if you’re younger. West coast if you’re older. There’s way more to do on the east side

@GuyTalksFinance Don’t forget Condo Association Fees will most likely be an additional $800+ per month for a property like that. Not including additional special assessments that are highly likely to exist.
