@RoyalMailHelp I missed a delivery on 22/10, partner collected it from P.O 23/10. Today I’ve had a text & email telling me to collect the parcel or it’ll be returned to sender. I’ve already got it so no concern there - is this likely to be an admin error at P.O end or RM end?
