I stopped having expectations, now get agreements on outcomes for tasks/work. Expectations never get met, leading to "premeditated resentments." Getting clear agreements avoids that - makes things clear for everyone involved.

I've found that I don't need more time in the day. I need more FOCUS. It's so easy to get distracted or try to multitask (ugh!). Instead, I'm trying focus blocks. Working deep on one project at a time. The results are I'm getting more done, quicker, and higher quality.

Things are seldom valued when they aren't EARNED. I's like being born on third based and thinking you hit a triple. You overvalue yourself, and undervalue what it takes to get there.
