@MISSDFoundation @AkathisiaAlli Except DM didn’t get it right. Akathisia is NOT a “psychiatric condition.” It is adverse drug effect/iatrogenic injury, presents w cognitive, neurologic & psych symptoms. Mimics psych illness, but is not itself a psychiatric illness. This distinction is so crucial.
