The question I am being asked the most and which I'm struggling to answer: how can you end a 4 week lockdown where hospitality was fully closed in a worse place in terms of restrictions than before it?

@chefbonus There's currently no evidence of a rise in suicide rates. However we know many people are struggling with their mental health during this difficult time and we’re here 24/7 for whoever needs us. Thank you for raising awareness of our service to those who might need it 💚

So about 2 and a half years ago I took on my current role. First time head chef in a new opening. Refined modern dining was the spec. Over 2 years of hard work later, and we are now preparing to reopen with a burger only menu. Is this evolution?
