Hi - I'm joining that other app. The one with the sky. The blue one. I'm still mattonfire. I'll probably peek in here every now and again to check on the crazies. I'll also keep my Bills-related account because I like tweeting while watching the games. But yeah, ya'll have fun.✌️

As this election cycle comes to a close, we realize it really wasn’t about democrats vs republicans. Maybe the real treasure was the nazis we identified along the way.

@Shaunta53 He’s so dumb is what I’m saying, not that he got suspended. I forgot about what he did.

@bennyjohnson Here is what the federal government is doing: whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/…. Would you rather them go throw paper towels at the people and defund NOAA and FEMA?

This is my favorite album by the Hip. I mean, today it is. Tomorrow it might be a different one. I can give an incoherent, rambling dissertation on why this album is important to me. But I won’t. Hits me in the gut every time. music.apple.com/us/album/in-vi…

@inthefade I have a bunch of records that really mean something to me, and that’s why I spend money on them. It’s the stories and the memories. I have others that I’ve grown out of or don’t get spun very often, but I can at least tell you why or how I got it.

@inthefade I don’t really talk about my collection as a whole unless I’m asked how many I have. But sometimes my kids will randomly pull one out and I’ll tell them the story of why I have it, why I like it (or don’t) and then I’ll play it and watch their reaction as they discover it.

I was kinda on the fence about Apple Vision Pro but then I saw a demo of someone using it while on the toilet and I gotta tell ya I’m sold.

My next hobby should be one of my former hobbies. I can’t afford new interests when I’ve got perfectly good interests in storage.

2023 was not a good year for me. 2024 is starting out on a bad note. I’m not well and it’s been taking a toll. I am hopeful things will turn around soon and sometime in this new year I can return to something close to normal. Take care of yourselves and listen to your body.
