To recover from multiple sclerosis, (not healed but in recovery) I had to change. It is the day to day steps, which can feel like a grind, that has made all of the difference. First I had to believe it could be done, then a goal, then a plan.👍 youtube.com/shorts/irja37W…

Habit change is tough. Mark Twain got it right! Walking to the mailbox can be a major step for some, and can be counted as a huge success. Congrats if you can relate to this! Have you had to overcome this type of hurdle?

Keto friendly treats for a good price! These resemble the happy left over toys from our now deceased labradoodle. I wouldn't sell them for the world. It was a joy to see Oliver working on his favorite bones in our backyard. It's the little things.😢
