@JuliaLepetit Depends how far back you want to go, you could go with the slightly more modern *Mrs Beeton's Book of Cookery and Household Management* from around 1860. It's well known in the UK so there's probably copies around online. It's got international dishes too en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mrs._Beet…

Oh I see Twitter's pushed the -Shit I Don't Want to Read- update onto me, so my unordered timeline's filled with responses from people I don't follow to tweets from people I don't follow at about 28 tweets/min. Elon's really trying to drown this one huh?

around the year 1500, medieval painter hieronymus bosch drew a person with sheet music written on their butt being tortured in hell. 600 years later, a tumblr user decided to transcribe and play the song. now, you can hear it too.

I know it's hard for smaller indie devs to add all these features, but there really is no excuse for big companies. Just lazily slapping on some colourblind options and subtitles really closes the door on a ton of gamers who want to play, but just can't. It just makes no sense 🤷‍♀️

Just heard that @Naughty_Dog 's Last of Us Part I remake's got full audio description in it's accessibility features. Really refreshing to see a company go above and beyond when it comes to adding these important things.

It's fun when a certain backburner game (that I've been working on for years), relies on a company that just sacked a load of staff and merged with a notorious malware distributor. Guess I'm going to be learning a new engine🤷‍♀️

@HCJustinn Those big 'ol grow bag things are amazing! Been growing potatoes using something similar and it's not stopped them growing like crazy. Nice way of getting a bit of structure into the day too😁

@lazygamereviews Gonna need some kitsch prints on those walls. Maybe a 'Crying Boy' print or that green lady one that seemed to be in every livingroom

@LegsFrank If museums are your thing, the V&A museum's got a load of great art and fashion/culture stuff to look at. There's a program called "Secrets of the Museum" hanging around somewhere that'd give you a better idea of the sorts of things they show

For anyone looking for a fun little sokoban-style puzzle game with a mind melting twist, I can't recommend this game enough. Always good to support indie devs too❤️ store.steampowered.com/app/1260520/Pa…

"You may be hungry and in a room with a burger, but if there is a bomb in the room you are going to deal with the bomb first."-excerpt from my very serious essay on AI logic 😁 Trust me, it makes sense 😛

Getting back into AI, but keep getting stopped by all these weird word problems in my notes. TIL: "edibility" is a word, but "inedibility" isn't. If edibility is the property of how edible something is, inedibility would be the same thing, but reversed. So no need? Words eh?🤷‍♀️

Wow, nothing like registering a new card when you don't use online banking and don't use a mobile. Got locked out failing to remember 5yr old security questions and had to rush to a bank to get it all sorted Don't want to be doing more of that any time soon 😅

So much of this rings true for me. Before diagnosis, I thought ADHD meant jumping around, not sitting still etc. For some people, it's more the mental chaos of trying to do everything at once, with the invasive thoughts as an additional bonus. x.com/i/events/15062…

Time for more #grottobeasts fan-art❤️ This time I've modeled Peep-peep based on the original card art by the wonderful @meekcheep Certainly taught me a thing or two about emission textures 😁
