@glangaurdat @Vaughters And racetrack safety was vastly improved in F1. With safety barriers that could withstand impact, run off areas etc. Some of the Tour courses look almost intentionally designed to bring riders together; probably for entertainment but runs the risk of accidents

@ScamLikelyCallr @__Laster__ @OfficialVizeh @SLF6z6 All you're doing here is saying that Max can race however Max wants to race and everyone else should make allowances. He broke the rules and ruined two people's races. Lando had bluffed, all Max needed to do was not move under braking and it would have been a traction race to T4

@ScamLikelyCallr @OfficialVizeh @SLF6z6 Why should he stay behind? Max had committed to his braking mid track as Lando had forced. When lando committed to braking on the racing line and Max realised what was happening he moved removing the space Lando should have been given. You can't move under braking. It's simple

I put Claude 3.5 & GPT 4o to test for 6 marketing use cases (mega prompts) The results were not what I expected Test #1: design a quiz funnel that attracts leads

@ScamLikelyCallr @OfficialVizeh @SLF6z6 That's what he was trying to do. That's what max saw he was trying to do and knew that on his mid track line he would lose out down to turn 4, so he moved under braking and ran into the side of lando. He's always been like this, and always will be

@San4311 @BradleyPhilpot @KrixhS All the time you have to leave a space. Max was mid track in the braking zone and turned left to squeeze him out when he realised lando was going to cut back. You're not supposed to move under braking. He got the penalty. It's always been like this and RB enabled it

It looks like Reform wants to turn the NHS into a US-style healthcare model 🚨 If you oppose this, please retweet this. Let’s send Nigel Farage a message!

#ProjectAfrica Day 330: 76km Total raised for @Running_Charity @sandblastarts @WaterAidUK £219,313 Total distance covered: 14,847km Days left until finish: 21 Yes boys & girls. Another day closer. Wanted to open up the last day of this project to anyone & everyone who has been watching and supporting. Come and run the last marathon, the last half, 10km, 5km, 1km. Whatever you fancy. We'll be starting from the shell garage in Ghezala, finish at the most northern tip of Africa, and then trading 1s & 2s on the tarmac for 1s & 2s on the dance floor. We've booked a hotel on the nearby town of bizerte between the 6th-9th of April and have a party organised for the last day running on the 7th. If you want to come and be a part of it with us just email [email protected] with a photo of your passport and flight/travel confirmation and we will sort your accommodation for free as a thank you for everyone's immense support. First come, first served & limited spaces. Plenty of other hotels super close by though so if you still want to come for the finish and the party, feel free to book your own place (no need to email) Everyone is welcome!

#ProjectAfrica Day 324-329: Day 324: 69.5km Day 325: 75.3km Day 326: 75km Day 327: 75.3km Day 328: 74.9km Day 329: 75km Total raised for @Running_Charity @sandblastarts @WaterAidUK £206,299 Total distance covered: 14,771km Days left until finish: 22 Turned 27 a couple days back. Was 25 when I flew out to South Africa to get this mission started. Time flies when you’re caving in tarmac all across the continent. Finishing these runs everyday twisted proper. Go to bed thinking tomorrow is gonna be too much of an ask for my body but it keeps managing to just about hold itself together. Amazing what 8 hours head down + forcing the issue can do. Got muscles/tendons/nerves/bones pinging off red flags all day long but 22 days and all of that will just be a memory. Wanted to say a massive thank you to all the Algerians we’ve met so far that have been so great to us. Me & my team are really enjoying our time here🫡🇩🇿

@DamsRoby @Mitch_Gross @0zer0zer0zer0 @audiomac7 @CultureCrave @USARice00 @Paradox_EP McConaughey hadn't seen the recordings of his son growing older and his grandson etc. usually they'd ask them to act out and explain the context. In this scene they played the prerecorded videos for Matthew to react to, what we see is his instinctive response while in character.

#ProjectAfrica Day 170/171: 54.6km/58.7km Over that illness. Daily mileage getting close to where it should be again. Places to be, people to see. Firmly in the making movements business. Will be in the capital of Cameroon, Yaonde, in a day or two and then heading for what we anticipate to be one of the most challenging border crossings of the mission into Nigeria. Latest reports on ground are saying I might need to get a snorkel out the roads are that flooded. Luckily I keep one with me at all times, along with a pack of ham. Don’t ask questions. The new 4x4 is only a couple of days away now. With it comes a satellite (hopefully more reliable internet connectivity) & our new recruit Jamie. In other news our latest YouTube video is finally up. Day 60 of running the entire length of Africa. So far I’ve ran over 3000km. This is my progress on the map. 1 day at a time🫡

@CzechArtGirl Just put your phone in a zip pocket. I didn't and my brand new phone got crushed at the beginning of a 6 week tour. Fucking amazing fun though

@Cornish_atheart @MusicbyScott @fesshole No worries! No one needs the guilt or hassle of feeling like they're doing it wrong. We did it very differently with ours and had her sleeping through by 3,when she did wake the novelty of getting in with us was a hard thing to get around! Now she's 10 and needs coaxing awake!

@Cornish_atheart @MusicbyScott @fesshole how do you lay down the foundations for self soothing and comfort / familiarity with then being in bed without you there? Not saying you can't, just genuinely interested about how you cover it off and ensure that any midnight wake-ups don't involve having to get up and re-settle

@_eriklucas_ @timkellernyc He's talking about praying?

@JonFultonUk What happened Jon? I've been to Hungary for F1 and it's been fine and safe for families. Definitely worth checking out

In 1959, police were called to a segregated library when a Black 9-year-old boy trying to check out books refused to leave, after being told the library was not for Black people. The boy, Ronald McNair, went on to became an astronaut. The library is also now named after him.
