THREAD: @BauerOutage had his last day yesterday at @DrivelineBB for the 2019 off-season and per usual when he’s here we got into some pretty in-depth talks on movement and mechanics. I thought it may be worthwhile to share some of my thoughts on the subject.

Your arm care program should consist of: 1: addressing YOUR deficiencies 2: hip mobility/lower body 3: regaining lost ROM 4: rib cage positioning/breathing 5: anterior core stability 6: increasing scapular upward rotation 7: soft tissue/manual therapy 8: thoracic mobility
