@boltapp Absolutely disgusting situation you forced me into. Lost over £500 due to your ineptitude. Never reply on BOLT!!!!

Stranded in the Alps. Missed my flight. Bolt confirmed my ride was active and told me not to worry—a driver would accept it. No driver ever came. No real support. Just hollow apologies. Shocking service @Boltapp @Boltapp_UK #BoltFail #TravelNightmare

@Boltapp Bolt has now confirmed they won’t take further action after causing me to miss my flight. Just a €10 voucher and a shrug. No refund. No accountability. No care. @Boltapp @Boltapp_UK #BoltFail #TravelNightmare

@Boltapp After being stranded in the Alps and missing my flight because Bolt failed to deliver a confirmed ride… They offered me a €10 promo code. No refund. No compensation. Just a voucher for “next time.” @Boltapp @Boltapp_UK this is genuinely shameful. #BoltFail #TravelNightmare

Bolt has now acknowledged their failure, but won’t offer support. I’ve been told to “wait for updates via the app” after being stranded and missing a flight due to their mistake. Still no resolution. Still no compensation. @Boltapp @Boltapp_UK #BoltFail #TravelNightmare

@Uber_Support such terrible service and a rip off being refunded £6 for a £22 order that was inedible. Ridiculous and the webchat people are utterly useless
