After 8 hours, numerous promises of a call back, and I have lost track of how many lies, @Nationalroadside finally did what they promised to do by 10:45 this morning at 4:30 pm. Thanks again @Allstate for the type of customer service that nobody deserves. #goodhandsseriously?

I kid you not. @Allstate and their roadside assistance is the worst! I have been repeatedly lied to, and they refuse to allow do anything about other than follow a customer service script. Buyer beware! #allstatecustomerservice, #areyoureallyingoodhands?

Auto/Liability insurance is a requirement. Roadside assistance is a great benefit should you need it. Be careful in your choices. @Allstate has the worst roadside assistance I have ever experienced. Making me question leaving my loved ones on their good hands.

There is no way this should be happening. Why does our offense get so conservative in the second half? What is up with this? How do you intercept a team 5 times and it comes to this?
