Motivation is like that friend in a group that always says they will come to an event but backs out last minute… Once in a blue moon they’ll turn up & it’ll be awesome but can’t rely on them to be there most the time. Focus on who/what you’re going to have with you all the time.

Some people are hardwired to FEAR the COST of something, Rather than ENJOY the BENEFIT of it. We look at negatives not positives. e.g. the gym; Cost - membership, few hours a week, adapt lifestyle. Benefit - feel great, ⬆️ confidence, new friendships, ⬆️ productivity, ⬆️health
