@EvriDelveryTeam multiple parcel delivery issues in last few months. Currently delivery tried 13.9.25 then supposedly 15.9.25 (no actual attempt made) and now ghosting me. No response to issue raised on 15.9.25. Are there any humans there?

@HouseofMarleyUK Turntable returned on 19.1.24, I have sent photo proof of this from DPD, and still no refund or correspondence. This has been going on well over a month (before the new year). I had an email offering me a refund but now holding onto my money!

@HouseofMarleyUK customer service appalling. You have not read my response at all and produce advice when I have asked for a refund. Correspondence taking over a week. Worst customer service receive ever. You have my phone number, video and all the details requested l. Useless.

@HouseofMarleyUK responses to customer service is very slow. Had an initial response over 2 days after sent and then sent response but heard nothing again. I have DM’d my email address.

@HouseofMarleyUK I have sent an email about a faulty product but not had any response. Is there a telephone number to contact the team or a way of getting a response. I have a sad daughter due to non-working Christmas gift. ☹️

@carltonreid So sad. We have been through numerous Islabikes which have all been fantastic and handed down between my three children. Despite Islabikes closing, Isla Rowntree still seems to be involved in local grassroots CX racing and helping organise events in the West Mids. Legend!

@saddleblaze Yes. Difficult ages. It’s always a balancing act to trying to suit the various ages particularly when so young. Also need to ensure some some relaxation time for parents as well.

@UPS_UK What is happening with deliveries at the moment? Parcel due Monday. Has said out for delivery every day since. Still waiting 6.30pm Thursday. Every day says delayed to next working day.
