Hello, world......again. Time to get back on the SQL horse.
Oddly enough......I've become an Oracle DBA and nearly senior level.
I haven't tweeted on this account in about 4 years. A lot has happened since then.
Project for tonight.....hook my laptop up via HDMI to my 50" tv and figure out how to split the PiP to 2 inputs so I can watch tv too.

I keep getting tossed between Oracle and SQL. My long-term plan at this company is Oracle. God I wish it was as GUI friendly as SQL.
Does anyone use MobaXterm for SSH and RDP? I need to know if it's worth the money for the pro version.

Time to hit the books and cram Oracle/Linux over a few months.
I told my boss today that I will be accepting the offer to take over our largest RDBMS environment...despite being 100% Linux/Oracle.
Dead motherboards on 5 of my DB servers (Oracle and SQL) during this move. I am a sitting duck while the Sysengies figure it out. #longday
