Worst experience with #Swiggy. They deliberately assign multiple orders to the delivery guys and when I reach out to their customer service, they disconnect the call multiple times. Instead of giving me refund they charged me. Pathetic customer service @Swiggy

We had raised an issue regarding AC on 2nd June which was assigned to Smarty Telecom Pvt Ltd. Engineer visited on 4th June, said part needs to be changed. I requested for part replacement for 8th June, we have called them numerous times but no update till now. @SamsungIndia
