@BlessingOlasan1 @SickleCellMTF A sickle cell support group is helpful, I found talk therapy to be helpful, talking to a mental health specialist is helpful as well. Talking to a professional at first, helped me open up to loved ones & later joining other Warriors was what I found to be really helpful.🙏🏿🫂
