@Coachbenjamin_ A good salesperson isn't just there to make a sale, they're there to diagnose what the client actually needs, usually by asking the right questions before ever proposing a solution.
Your business can have ten problems. You still need to know which one matters most. The biggest problem isn't always the biggest constraint. Find the constraint first. Then decide what deserves your attention.
@AnthonyGaenzle Great marketing is only effective in the long run when there's a great offer behind it.
@Gaus450 Good distribution might save a mediocre product, but poor customer experience from that product won't save your retention. You'll just watch your sales gradually dwindle instead of rise.
@sherifgjini Validate the problem first. Make sure it's a real pain that people have and for which they're looking for relief. That will shape your offer and your product.
@santoshstack Poor communication will prevent you from getting across to potential buyers the value of what you're building.

@jarydesign Scaling people is only half the solution. You have to make sure everyone has a specific task that they can do unsupervised and that there's a clearly defined standard operating procedure for everything. Otherwise you're just scaling chaos.
@zdogmode Building a product is the easy part. You can start with almost any idea, maybe something you think is useful, maybe something you think other people would want. The hard part is finding the people who actually need it and convincing them that you've got what they're looking for.
Working harder doesn't guarantee progress. You can spend 60 hours fixing the wrong problem. The question isn't: "How much more can I do?" It's: "Where will my effort make the biggest difference?"
@alexii_9 Sometimes you may have a product that people want but aren't buying because you're either selling to the wrong market or your offer isn't clear. Get your market and offer right before you distribute.
Most business advice starts with a solution. "Do more marketing." "Raise your prices." "Hire someone." But what if none of those is the real problem? Before deciding what to fix, find out what's actually constraining the business.
@lukmanAufbau Demand doesn't even need to be built, it just needs to be found. Find the problem first, then come up with a solution.
@TheCoolestCool Distribution matters. But more distribution doesn't fix a broken offer, weak conversion, or poor retention. The real question isn't "How do I get more attention?" It's "What's actually constraining growth?"
@TheSpacerr Post every day and ship publicly. Feedback from others will help shape your product into its best form before you launch.
@omkarships There's no better way to validate an idea than by talking to the people who could be your potential customers, because that's how you find out whether anyone wants your idea.
@arexobcd One of the most effective ways to get your first customers is to start with the people you know. Maybe former colleagues and acquaintances, or people you can reach through mutual connections. Then you can move on to carefully selected strangers in the right communities.
