People that are freaking out over the coronavirus have no idea the impact they have on small businesses. @Airbnb is getting praised for full refunds but what nobody realizes that the money isn’t leaving big business’ hands. It’s the hosts...hosts that might have zero revenue now

This is a great article in S&C Journal. Must read if you're working w/ terminal phase rehab of athletes. "Closed" drills in rehab aren't enough. Need context of sport w/ decision making. Why we have to work closely w/ sport coaches as part of RTS.

Can any personal trainer out there explain to me why the heck you're asking people to walk around the track w/ weights overhead? I see maaayyybee 160 degs of flex. Just beating up that cuff. I assume you're training waiters/waitresses/waitpersons (for the easily offended)?

My son's a little worried that Santa may skip our house because he was sometimes bad this year. I explained that Santa uses an exponentially weighted moving average to compute your goodness score, so more recent datapoints dominate and he's probably fine.
