Perhpas a quarter or trimester system would allow Vermont tech to diversify in a number of different ways
Expanding electivees for the BA level Perhaps a partnership with other VSC BA schools this could be accomplished
Articulation agreements are important with high school populations
Blogging has been very effective for HP in training and teaching globally
10/20 ratio --- 10% is classroom - 20% is training and the rest is online learning -- globally focused - blended classroom. Coachs/critical
Perhaps a high school enviroment could be maintained while allowing for a college level course to be taken.
To the end of online learnigng, the college needs to commit more resources towards the faculty -- resources are critical.
Stop looking at the campuses as the only "place." Instruction online needs to be a focus of that sense of place as well
Perhaps more collaboration between Vermont Tech and high schools
Not just bring students from overseas, but bringing our programs to them
Real opertunity in establishing a program in China for Vermont Tech
Perhaps we need more contact with other faculty at the other schools ... exchange programs?
Must have the setup for support for international students. They need different/more support than more traditional students.
Really focus on how the system can help welcome international students and faculty. Perhaps a common recruitment effort?
Could learn from other VSC schools in other areas as well.... Music series for example
