Have tutoring in a more central location at earlier times.
Faculty must travel to state high schools in order to increase our enrollment.

Change does not have to mean start from scratch, we must determine what we do best and continue to provide that.
Establish a model of a faculty, staff, student task force to find solutions to existing campus problems.

Make SHAPE a real "student center", involve students in planning process. SHAPE is another place to buy fries and watch TV.
Need to develop methods of keeping students on campus.
Graduates need to stay in VT to help support the state, in turn makking more state funding possible.
Higher education is a wealth generator, not consumer.

Both faculty and students are affected by the lack of state funding.
More funding from the VT state level, tuition cannot continue to increase.
Tell students to join Student Events Board, a small group of us run every campus event, it is exhausting. WE NEED HELP!!!
