Corrections of 20% or more every few years is a relatively common occurrence. Three bear markets in five years is not. The COVID panic bottomed in March of 2020. The 20 year Elliott Wave cycle bottomed in October of 2022 as the return of inflation scared the markets. The “Trump Dump” tariff scare bottomed in March of 2025 almost exactly five years after the COVID panic low. Major selling pressure is gone and the 20 year Elliott Wave cycle is in a hard up position for approximately the next 15 years.

Zooming in on the developing Elliott Wave patterns in the NASDAQ100 index. The bull market impulse waves coming up from the March 2025 “Trump Dump” low are subdividing into a five up pattern where wave “4” appears to need a short sharp sell-off into mid-November to end another small (<20%) correction. Then the markets will move to new all-time highs next year.

“Super Bull Market Wave” Update: The 20 year Elliott Wave cycle bottomed in October of 2022 and is now in a hard up position for approximately the next 15 years. The Kondratieff Economic Winter Cycle bottomed with the 2007-2009 Financial Crises and is in a hard up position for approximately the next 25 years. A “Super Bull Market Wave” is underway.

Yes, this should be seen as a minimum upside over the next 25 years. The key is Kondratieff economic cycles will generate real growth in stocks as inflation continues to be a problem for the next few decades. Rates went down 40 years from 1981-2021. Now they may rise 40 years.RP

The next 25 years will see the DJIA approach 500,000 (currently at 39,000). The S&P500 will exceed 50,000 (currently at 5,000). The NASDAQ100 will reach the 200,000 level (currently at 18,000). The next significant bear market (like 2007-09) will not occur until 2045-2049.RP(:-)>

New all-time highs have confirmed the great bull market is underway. Kondratieff economic cycles are in the early summer cycle which is known for strong real growth, full employment and the return of inflation. There will not be another big bear market until 2045 - 2049… RP(:-)>
