Anxiety must be refused. It robs you of joy, drains your energy & obscures your view of the Lord. Recognise it & refuse it. As a believer you have power in the Lord to stamp on it. Replace it deliberately with thanksgiving & praise to your all sufficient God.

Doesn’t the very fact that pastors and priests are frequently perpetrators of abuse tell us that this position is not in line with the way church should work? One man holding all the power, and all the responsibility. And we’re surprised that could go wrong

I’ve seen a lot of people talking about recurring panic attacks and nightmares. Could it be an epidemic of blood sugar imbalance? Eating carb + protein every 3-4 hours helps, as does a bedtime snack.
