It seems neat that the "y" key is short for "yank" in both emacs and vim controls until you realize that in emacs "yank" means paste and in vim "yank" means copy

WHY HAVE A TV WRITER ON SET? Since they already wrote the script (and rewrote it 8 times, and tweaked it after the table read)? Glad you asked, here's a thread.

The weakness of ANT-MAN and the total collapse of SHAZAM at the box office, along with the surprising success of EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE, make me hopeful audiences are maybe, just maybe, getting tired of the recycled superhero formula and open to new, unorthodox stories again 🙏

And I've been looking for a reason to try other systems like Cyberpunk and Star Trek anyway!

Unless WotC is planning to sue every fantasy TTRPG-related product created, it's hard to see how a more restrictive license on the core content will do anything other than cause creators to jump ship and rally around a system that meets their needs.

If WotC continues in the direction of the OGL 1.1, I can only assume people will simply move to other game systems. Part of the beauty of D&D is that it's a game based on imagination I play with my friends, so there's really nothing stopping me from playing it however I want to!

Notice "cost" came in *tenth* place. Eliminating transit fares just isn't addressing the top concerns of bus riders.

Survey of bus riders by @transit4philly paints a clear picture of where the attention of transit agencies and advocates should be placed: Service quality, service quality, service quality.

I don’t think enough people are considering the role four seasons total landscaping played in this. when the president booked his press conference that employee was just like “uh...yeah you can do it here...are you sure? okay yeah”
