Thats based on YTD figures too. Enercon growing much faster than $BELFB so even more pronounced if looking at Q3 alone (or 2024/2025 for that matter)

This $SDIG $BITF arb is juicy. 12.5% gross, should close in 6 months (20-25% annualized). Standard conditions, specific performance, no buyer vote. Termination fee of 30% unaffected mkt cap (15% EV). Why does it exist? Its tiny with perceived big downside (offset by term fee).

Market is totally sleeping on $MHH. Earnings troughed 2 quarters ago. Hired consultants back in Jan, who previously sold iGate for $4bn, that get paid if company sells themselves. And then you had this tidbit on conference call
