Organic coffee with ginger (no honey, no sugar) and 85% dark chocolate for breakfast. Occasionally I have my breakfast before 10. Occasionally I have some organic coffee. Coffee isn’t necessarily a bad beverage. It’s high in antioxidants but moderate consumption is important.
