@FitbitSupport HI, I have been waiting for some help with my previous issue since October. I have since gotten a new phone. The GPS worked the first time and it tracked my run but it has not worked since. I didnt change any settings.

@FitbitSupport my versa 2 is no longer mapping my runs or syncing with strava. I've tried everything I can find to fix it. Including removing the fibit app and reloading it. What else am I missing and why did it just stop?

@FitbitSupport I am wondering about the problems I am having with my Blaze and messaging and calls. Is it happening with all fitbits? I am in search of a new step counting device. I have an average of 40 patients per week doing the work week hustle with me on my recommendation

@FitbitSupport I just reset it. But that doesn't explain how it could count my steps in the workweek hustle and then delete part if them later.(they are still present in the work week hustle)

@CoxHelp It say 9865HDC on the front and when I go to the channel it says subscribe and start watching today. When I subscribe it says it is free to watch, I click on that and it tries to load and never works.
