There’s a difference between launching a website and launching a good website.
Specialization is about becoming the safe solution buyers are willing to pay a premium for.
Sales isn’t asking for the sale. It’s earning the right to ask.
The biggest waste in business? Optimizing something that should never have existed. That’s why good judgment will decide who wins in the future.
Assuming ‘exclusivity’ cost Nathan six figures. Top agencies price it, define it, and never let a vibe kill revenue.
Don’t try to scale a messy agency. Specialize. Prove. Systematize. Scale.
