Does @X have any way to submit feedback about their desktop application? I’ve been looking through the website and every time I click to contact, I get stuck in loop going to a bunch of FAQs with no ability to actually submit my concern. Very frustrating.

@AskDyson - Is it normal to have to place 4 orders to get a product? Or is it normal for your phone based customer service representatives to not have visibility to inventory? I have no idea if I can trust your website for accurate information at this point.

I’ve been a very happy @Chase customer for years. Feel free to ask me why the letter I just got has me reconsidering my loyalty.

@AMCTheatres Maybe the inability to purchase tickets on line combined with the lack of staffing to provide adequate service in theatre is why streaming releases same day seems to have a following.

@AMCTheatres Waited and finally got in to the site. Spent 10 minutes trying to select seats for me and the family. Got kicked out and now back in queue with a 1hour+ wait again.

@AMCTheatres my daughter waited for more than an hour, then app crashed and lost place in queue. Not pleased right now.

@ThriftyRentaCar is it considered normal to stand in line for more than an hour to pick up a reservation? Asking for a whole bunch of people at DEN.

@MlifeRewards - your website said I had to call due to an account issue. Is it normal to be on hold for more than an hour?

Hey @FedEx @FedExHelp - I’ve been hung up on by your automated system twice because I asked to speak to customer service. Apparently you don’t offer that anymore.

Why does @BestBuy even pretend to have a customer service team? 3 calls today about an order placed in November, only to get to the store level and have to cancel and replace it.

My daughter starter her sophomore year and got accepted into biomedical science academy simultaneously. Could certainly help cover some of those expenses.
