3 useful habits to develop: (1) Regularly look back at your work from 6 months ago. If it makes you cringe, you’re doing something right. (2) Make one new friend and catch up with one old friend every week. (3) Lean into everything that makes you feel stupid or embarrassed.

It’s not a coincidence that doing these things before 11am makes us feel better all day & sleep better: 1) View sunlight 2) Exercise 3) Hydrate 4) See people we love (They are among the major cues for circadian clock setting. All goes better when we obey our circadian biology).
