I was told once at an appointment “today will be the strongest you will ever be again, tomorrow more weakness”, my wife in tears, life expectancy of 2-5 years. Up until diagnosis we had never heard of motor neurone disease and 9 years on there is currently no treatment or cure. 3
30th August 2021…. 9 years ago today at the age of 39 the diagnosis of MND came to our happy healthy house. The shock has proved extremely hard to overcome. Our lives changed forever on the 30th August 2012. Carefree no more. 1/3
