@kbhughes72 @edzollars So if someone tries to argue against the IRS position, I want to hear what their support is to get to a reasonable basis argument. They also should be clear to the taxpayer that they are pushing a position clearly opposed to the IRS stated position. Does the taxpayer want this?
@kbhughes72 @edzollars FAQ 38 of 2021-20 is pretty clear though on the IRS position.
