@ptv_official And yes I know it's rush hour. But it happens every day. So build it into your timetables. Also, any reason why you fail to respond to issues raised either on here or via your website?

@ptv_official And today, the number 5 tram failing to arrive at union Street had me missing an optician appointment. Losing count of how many medical appointments I've missed thanks to PT - even though I leave extra time for things to fail.

@ptv_official And then the 78 is late. 15 minute journey turns into 45. And now you guys get my money for a pointless journey, while my health suffers and I have to work late because of your incompetence. And that's before I've wasted more time attempting to get home.

@ptv_official yet again I'm going to be late for work thanks to the 246. I leave space each day for one to fail to arrive. And even given that, I'm always late. This never happened prior to covid.

And I get to pay for a pointless return journey, plus a no show payment for my gp. Lovely.

25 minutes waiting - for an every 10 minutes bus - I'm on the way. Fingers crossed the gp will see me. But yes, we are at the point where your incompetence literally damages people's health.

@ptv_official Two weeks ago, my gp appointment gets cancelled because two of your 246 buses don't arrive (and yes, I left extra time because I know the sort of performance to expect). Today, I finally get another appointment. And yes, exactly the same thing happens.

@AvantiWestCoast the 12.10 from Birmingham new street to London tomorrow is listed as 'sold out'. Does that mean there's no seat reservations available or no actual train running?

Truly don't understand "pivot to video." When I get excited to read a piece and find out it's a video that I have to watch for several minutes in real time, I click away. I almost never spend more time on a page where there's a video as opposed to something I can quickly read.
