Customer Service Barclaycard just spent 40mins of my decreasing life span on hold trying to speak to a human being @Barclaycard. It is not something I can resolve on-line on the app etc. This quite appalling customer service on any level Leadership needs to do better or walk!😤

This explains a lot. We are rushing back to bau, as if the pandemic never happened. All organisations need to allow people safe forums, to articulate and to process their experiences, otherwise the body and mind cannot move on in a healthy manner.

I think what it shows so clearly is when an organisation normalises a racist culture, people accept it as “normal”and are aghast when the “truth” is pointed out to them. Taking personal responsibility, noticing racist behaviour and calling it out is incumbent for all of us.
