I have said it before and I’ll say it again: Many of us who are deconstructed are just regular married people with families. Exactly what kind of sin and debauchery do the theobros think we are getting up to?

@jaimegerms @CarissasNewLife This happens to me alllll the time. It's ok, I'm a functioning adult and everything, but for the people that mistreated you to not even have the decency to remember it?? That stings a little.

A 16 year old was shot for ringing the wrong doorbell. A 20 year old was shot and killed for driving down the wrong driveway. An 18 year old is in critical condition for trying to get into the wrong car. And a 6 year old and her dad were shot because her basketball rolled onto the wrong lawn. In a nation armed to the teeth & perpetually primed for war, these tragedies are only going to happen more often, not less. What the hell are we doing?

@LShalott This is a great point and I feel that "mocktails" would be just as fun without the problem aspects of alcohol.

@IamTaylorBass @Anarchocapybara @BadLibertarians I can promise you that I am not susceptible to state propaganda, no more than I am a terrible decision-maker. No one was going to successfully coerce me. But that's the beauty of this philosophy - my reasons for doing things are mine and I can own them myself.

@Anarchocapybara @BadLibertarians I'm sorry, WHAT? Does having had one (1) J&J make me not a libertarian anymore? I thought we wanted people to make their own decisions here. There's a huge difference between choosing something yourself and trying to force everyone to do that thing. Voluntary anything is fine!

The only thing I miss from the Trump admin is them swapping in new Melanias and just pretending we wouldn’t notice like a 4-year-old with a guppy

THREAD: I have studied crime data and police violence for years. I have come away from this work with the firm belief that police commit many more illegal physical assaults than the number of arrests that they make for serious crime.
