Explaining the daily intense reality of an #HSP to a non-HSP often feels like explaining - color to someone who was always blind - sound to someone who was always deaf - how to cook pasta al dente to a goat. Most of their responses feel like they have not a single glimpse.

#HSPs can be the most resilient people on the planet. Dealing with so many stimuli around the clock, it's often pre-programmed that we crash, esp. when not trained on dealing with the trait. And we stand up every single time, almost like actively reinventing our state of being.
