The exercise “Squat into calf raise” is fucking pointless & so are “calf raise squats” Calf raises should be done off an elevated surface (e.g a step, block or edge of a platform) so you can get a stretch in your calf and full ROM at the ankle…

You can do all the right 🍑🔥 exercises… But if you don’t use the right intensity, combined with the right nutrition strategy you aren’t going see the results you want. Protein, calories & intensity matter. A lot.

If you are a mom who works and looks after the kids, hitting the gym 2x per week and smashing your protein is a bigger victory than you probably realise. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Here’s the truth. Building muscle takes MONTHS and YEARS of consistency not days & weeks of half arsed effort. So if you want to seriously build your glutes & change the way you look, be willing to dedicate at least 6-12 months to the process 🍑🔥📈
