Nutrient timing around training, through the day, or through the week always matters. However, it matters to different degrees, depending on individual goals, preferences, and tolerances. Not everyone is a competitive athlete, just like not everyone just wants to lose 20 pounds.

Spend time as long as you can to READY YOUR BODY before you diet. This is LEVEL 1. It is best not to: -hurry LEVEL 1, -take short-cut LEVEL 1, -attempt to skip LEVEL 1 unless gusto jud ka "mag sige ug balik-balik ug diet." 🧐

Calories matter just like gravity matters. Many variables affect caloric balance. A "magic" diet or special eating pattern is only useful to the extent that it sustains the targeted caloric balance over time. A major barrier to weight loss maintenance is overconsumption of magic.

To get the results that you want: lose weight, get strong, fit, confident... Follow your training program to the Z. And do the same exercises for four weeks or six weeks. Ayha na dayon pag usab sa program. Give your body and muscles time to shape & grow.

25 y/o me: You have to squat, DL, and only do compound movements if you want to get strong and jacked. SPARTA!! 42 y/o me: We can squat and DL if you want. But only those variations that match your goals, injury history, anatomy, and ability level. Also, more bicep curls.
