@AmericanAir seriously. So were they gonna drag a crying girl upset over missing part of sisters wedding events, especially since I’m MOH? I will be sure to spread the word on how you deal w customers having anxiety disorder.

@AmericanAir seriously threatening security on a distressed passenger having an anxiety attack is pathetic as hell. Only worsened it and had to take my medication to calm down. So disgusted. Never flying. AA again. Ever.

@AmericanAir outrageously expensive ticket out of college station, was delayed due to maintenance. My whole trip fell apart after that. You don’t know how shitty this is. I should have been in Birmingham yesterday.

Seriously I cannot explain how terrible my experience was. Also, @AmericanAir, when you have customer crying and in distress over missing an extremely important family event, maybe not threaten to call security on them? Outrageous.

@AmericanAir you’ve really made my life hell over the last 24 hours, starting with the delay due to maintenance, ending with horrible, rude customer service reps and me missing sisters bridal events, for which I’m the MOH. little to no concern from employees. No more AA.

@EndNoteNews im really trying to be nice about it, despite how frustrating it is, especially when various freeware doesn't seem to have this issue whatsoever...

@EndNoteNews I was hopeful that this version would work better for Mac. The installer has already given me a "quit unexpectedly" message. Im less optimistic now. Why does endnote Mac have so many bugs????
