I see people claim Omarchy "just works". While I love the enthusiasm, that is not true. It’s way better than it has any right to be, but there are a lot of rough edges. The beauty of open source is that you can just pick the papercut that bugs you most and fix it.

I've added a custom slash command to Claude Code called /pair with these instructions : "Don't code yet. Let's discuss an approach together first. Only when I give the go ahead to build, you can start coding." It prevents Claude from jumping into elaborate-yet-wrong solutions.
