@marksandspencer hi can you help me with a credit card we recently applied and was accepted for? Account was opened the same day but that was 8 days ago and still no card has yet arrived. 0% interest time started the day account was opened so not happy as we still can’t use it!

They miss out vital things every time we visit, always out of major items on the menu and give us other people’s orders. I think we’ve probably lost a good £30 Worth of food in there in the past year. We only keep going as our ASD daughter likes it (unless the mash is missed)

@KFC_UKI Weston Super Mare Gallagher retail park branch are shocking. They miss things out of our order every time. Tonight my husband ordered me a zinger stacker burger along with his order & came home with 4 chips his meal and not mine! It also took them AN HOUR to fuck it up

@jdwilliamshelp hi, a payment for an order I made last wk has been taken but my account says another payment for the exact same amount and date is also still pending from you? I only paid once for the item. I need to confirm a second transaction hasn’t mistakenly been instructed

@tu_clothing hi, I made an online order a week ago for click and collect but still haven’t received anything regarding dispatch or ready for collection by now as I normally would. Are you behind or has the email not sent? Any updates would be appreciated 😎

@GlastoInfo Hahahaaaa! This is a new record! You’ve given me a response to a question I asked 8 years ago 🤣🤣 (her and my kids are both turning 8 very soon and we no longer require non alcoholic drinks) thanks anyway x

@tu_clothing hey, are you able to tell me if these exact dresses also come with the lower pockets in the skirt area? The navy colour describes low slung pockets but the light blue doesn’t! (It’s for my SEN daughter who needs pockets) tuclothing.sainsburys.co.uk/product/tuc141…

@FarmerGracy hi, I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks for my order and still no dispatch email and no reply to the emails I’ve sent asking this question even after the promise of a reply in 1-2 days! Please refund me if you can’t send out my order this week.

@SomersetWaste @SomersetCouncil @bbcsomerset Hi, we have all had our bins out at usual on Sunday night ready for collection on 1st May but all black bins appear to have not been collected and are still out waiting a day later… recycling was collected but general refuse has not. Any reason? Lympham BS24. Thanks

@monzo hi, I’ve not been able to access my account or use my card for a few years now. I never hear back when I request confirmation after sending in my ID and I don’t get emails anymore either and I just want to withdraw the remaining money and leave. Please help.

@sainsburys hello, I had a delivery last night and they gave me semi skimmed instead of skimmed milk. They also put in sour cream dip instead of cottage cheese. What is going on?

@LaRedouteUK I received an email this morning from Evri (I thought the large goods came by Panther?!) who gave me a time slot today but a few hours later they emailed to say they couldn’t deliver it! No idea why.
