If you were handed $10M, would you continue to do what you do for work, or would you do something different? Spoiler alert: if it’s different than what you are currently doing, you can do it without the $10M.
Feel disappointed or unfulfilled for what you’ve accomplished to this point? That’s completely normal. Flip the script; measure backwards on all the things you HAVE overcome. We all have a story to tell. Someone may need to hear yours.
There’s stuff you don’t know. There’s stuff I don’t know. If you don’t learn something new on a regular basis you are slamming the door 🚪 closed to growth and opportunity. P.S. To know and not do is the same as not knowing. Take action today.
Spend more time with those focused on the future. Spend less time with those reflecting on the past. Audit your relationships, you may need to make a change.
Is what you sell meaningful? The income it produces to take care of you and your family is. Remember this.

How brand translates to profits: Having a strong brand allows you to convert a higher percentage of customers at higher prices and pay better people less money to deliver. This means higher ROAS, higher LTV, higher gross margins, and higher net profit. The goal.
Paid ads are a great way to get clients. But a big mistake business owners make is focusing so much on getting new clients that they forget about current ones. Take care of your customers and convert them into recurrent. Client Retention > Client Acquisition

If you have a 9-5 job and want to start a business you have 2 options: 1. Quit & go all-in 2. Build it on the side My recommendation: If you have 6+ months of savings, it’s enough to go all-in. If you can't tolerate the risk, side hustling on weekends and after work is best.
Making $10k/mo is cool. Making $10k/mo while sitting in your home working 10 hours a week is cooler.
My three laws of advertising: 1) Anything is better than nothing. 2) Some things work better than others. 3) Nothing works forever.
Losing always sucks. It always stings and never dulls. You just get better at compressing the time between when you lose and when you try again. Whereas most people, never try again at all.
The Theory of Constraints has helped me break through every plateau in my business. There was a month we did $360k in revenue But 36% of that went to marketing So the next month my focus was making marketing efficient The result? Cut spend in half and produced more revenue.
Find a market run by boomers. Think of ways to modernize it Beat them.
Go to Google. Search 'house cleaning'. Call the top 10 competitors in your area. Bet you $100 right now 8 won't even answer. Which means? Winning in this industry is as simple as picking up the phone.
9-5 you work to feed your present. 5-9 you work to feed your future. Mon-Fri you work to feed your present. Sat-Sun you risk to feed your future. To get ahead, you gotta work like you’re coming up from behind. Because you are.
If you want to make more money, do more. It's usually that simple.
With zero talent, you can still beat 99% of people by actually trying like your life depends on it. Because it does.
Fear is a prerequisite to doing anything worthwhile.
