@TeamYouTube @TeamYouTube not sure if I should have “atted” you in my previous response with the URL. In case, the URL for my son’s account is youtube.com/@mewsyk

@TeamYouTube my 14YO son’s streaming account was banned bc he looks young. He has a medical issue where he isn’t growing and I’m happy to provide a medical letter, birth cert, and/or passport as documentation. Please how do we fix this so he can get back to streaming?

@duolingo @GrahamRHunter I’ve had this issue since January (and it’s isolated to one language - not all the ones I’m learning). I’ve contacted y’all for months with no response. Help?

@duolingo How do I get someone to help? I’ve been having issues on my Plus Family subscription for 3 months and none of the support emails or hug reports have been answered. Please help.

@duolingo If I want to upgrade to Duolingo Max and satisfy all the region, device, and course prereqs but the upgrade isn’t available to me, is it bc I also have other languages I’m learning in-app that aren’t supported by Max?

@stitchfix Are you aware you’re showing maternity clothes to a person who isn’t pregnant, doesn’t plant to become pregnant, and who explicitly indicated in their style profile that they’re not interested in maternity clothes?

@maximaandcinema @duolingo @YeahThatCindy Same. I’m so frustrated. I’ve been emailing for two months and writing @duolingo on Twitter for weeks with no reply. We have the family plus subscription which isn’t cheap and need some help with our acct.

@duolingo Hey @duolingo, how do I get help from your team? I’ve sent multiple emails about 2 different technical issues (Jan 15, 21, and 28) and haven’t heard back.
