tired of this phraseology. Cinema is not about articulating correct points or observations, its about how those "points" or "ideas" are filtered through narrative or form — this being the material basis for subjective analysis. As a result, the divisive quality can endure.
Eddington has largely been vindicated and I believe Digger will be to. And at the very least, as much as many of you want to deny it both Aster and Iñárritu have completely succeeded in rubbing people the wrong way and generating lively discourse about what the films are doing
