Overall DL1559 experience showed Delta completely failed to meet customer’s expectations, particularly the ground team at SFO. I’m very disappointed. This SFO team handling DL 1559 needs to be re-trained before put back to duty

Also the Delta agent at SFO luggage service counter was rude and totally disregard customers request! I’m talking about one guy who was on duty on 9/27/24 afternoon.

Not anymore! Delta ground grew at SFO shows me they totally lacked proper training. This is the failure on Delta side as a corporation

It is the worse experience I had with Delta. I used to be a Diamond status (now gold because I flew less during pandemic). I used to think Delta was the best

@Delta Delta operates like a company back in 1920s… Again this is for DL1559. Delta team is totally incompetent that they couldn’t make a phone call to LAX to find out the real status of the incoming flight

@Delta I’m a long time Delta customer. Super disappointed with the Delta reps at SFO handling the flight DL1559. Customers were kept in dark no meaningful updates. Delta kept giving false departure time every 30 minutes… and it’s been delayed more than 4 hours now

@Delta Delta flight 1559 on 9/27/24 is a complete nightmare! It is delayed many times! No one at the SFO counter can give passengers a clue. In terms of communication to customers, Delta team at SFO completely failed and failed in such a way that I would give a triple FFF

@wsferries the ferries to Bainbridge Island have been running late for this weekend constantly 6/15 and 6/16. It’s unacceptable!

@SnoqualmiePass Is more freezing rain expected today? If so, will the Pass be closed tomorrow morning? We are planning to go ski at Summit coming from Seattle side. Wonder if we should cancel the ski plan tomorrow. Thanks for you advice!

@djclubberlang YouTube never considers their customers needs. They fight with everyone like Disney, Roku, and others. I’m ready to cancel YouTube TV

@ssorffej @YouTubeTV I think it’s more the greed of Google. They want access to sensitive user data. No respect for privacy.

@YouTubeTV I don’t pay to Roku, I pay you, YouTube TV. So please fix the relationship with Roku or I’ll cancel YouTube service! Google cannot crush smaller companies like Roku.
