Contrary opinion - the TCS on LRS is justifiable. 8cr people file taxes in India of which 0.8cr declared income of 10L+ (20% bracket). But, we had 2.7cr outbound travellers pre-covid. The govt is saying that how can 1.9cr people travel abroad and not earn more than 10L a year
