Things I used to say at 10u baseball where other coaches thought I was crazy 1. Catch the ball with 1 hand please 2. Stop looking at the 3rd base coach (on hits to the OF) 3. You don’t have to run when you hit a foul ball 4. Of course you can shake me off. You’re the pitcher

@CoachDavidKlein I had the best youth baseball coach anyone could ask for. Never a take sign on 3-0. Told me to pick my zone and if it was there belt it. Loved playing baseball as a kid. Got a lot of confidence from good coaching.
